Frank Chandler

Frank oversees the operations, finance, technology, compliance and administrative functions for ClearPoint Financial.  In his 15-year career in the financial services industry, Frank has experience in banking, insurance, investments and surety.

Prior to joining ClearPoint Financial, Frank was an Operations Manager at Russell Investments where he was responsible for assessing and implementing new relationships, facilitating client transitions and performing contract reviews.  For ten years prior to joining Russell Investments, Frank worked as an IT Finance Manager, Business Analyst and Unit Manager – Retirement Plan Services at Safeco Insurance.  For two years prior to joining Safeco Insurance, Frank worked as a Retirement Representative at Washington Mutual Bank.

Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Economics from the University of Washington and holds the Series 6 and 63 licenses.
